About Larry
Larry (Mr. Beachfront) has owned real estate on Marco Island since mid-1980 and been very active in the real estate community locally. He has won numerous awards for his achievements in real estate sales and was a Top Gun panelist in 2000 for the Southwest Florida conference. Larry has delivered marketing speeches throughout the real estate community and has spoken at the Southeastern Regional Coldwell Banker Sales Seminar in Atlanta. Always in the top 10% nationally, Larry knows the market and will confidently help you become a knowledgeable buyer.
In 2001, Larry was instrumental in organizing the boating clubs on Marco Island and chaired the Steering Committee to purchase the gorgeous Marco Island Yacht Club. In 2003, Larry served as Chairman of the Board of the Marco Island Yacht Club and in 2007 he is served as Commodore. The Marco Island Yacht Club boasts a membership of over 550 members and is recognized as one of the premier yachting clubs in America.
Larry has served as an Ambassador for the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce, was chairman of the Marco Island Realtors Trade Show, and served on the Grievance Committee of the Marco Island Area Board of Realtors.
And how did Larry get the name “Mr. Beachfront” ……. It’s very simple …. When it comes to beachfront property on Marco Island …. No one knows more than he, as acknowledged by his peers.
